Texas: Walker County: Huntsville: SHSU: Watch out--Here Comes Huntsville TX!
Sun. May 6, 2012 at 11:12 PM
Exciting News! The plans are in place, the land is being acquired, the positive impact on the community will be astounding, not to mention job creation and growth that comes along with it.
Huntsville TX is located about an hour north of Houston TX
and many folks live here because the commute to downtown Houston is relatively easy. In fact, getting to Houston from Huntsville TX is easier and a shorter commute than from many areas in The Woodlands to
Houston because of "West-East" log jam in traffic from The Woodlands to get to I-45.
Over the past 25 years, a similar park at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge has created about 10,000 jobs in the community.

TX: Montgomery County: Conroe: Kindermusik Classes in Lake Conroe
Thu. April 19, 2012 at 06:04 PM
As a former Music Educator, I am well aware of how music enhances a child's overall development and education.
Music is an integral part of leveling the playing field in the ability and desire for a child to learn. It gives kids a chance to blossom..............many who would not have had that chance without it.
Music is the language without borders. Share music in your Conroe Home, Huntsville Home, Lake Livingston Home, or wherever you live!
Check out this event--it's a pretty cool opportunity.

5 Lakeshore Dr--real estate just across from this Lake Livingston Subdivision Boat Launch
How useful is your garage? The nice weather is here but can you reach your bike, or even find it? How about your gardening tools? Are they buried or mingled with other instruments? It’s terribly hard to use things if you cannot find them or even reach them. Organizing your garage can make life not only easier but more enjoyable.
There are so many options for turning your garage into a well organized space. Whether you want to hire a professional who specializes in garage systems or do it on your own, the garage can become more usable and can be done expensively or rather reasonably.
Simply hanging a peg board allows you to arrange hooks in numerous ways where garden tools and other tools can hang in an organized fashion and be both easily seen and accessible. Larger bike hooks can be hung on the walls to hang bikes from their front tires or pulley systems can be purchased to hang them...

Check out this "Wine Bar" Over the Fridge. This is a 1250 sq ft house, so every inch counts! It was BEAUTIFULLY Staged---AND---Mari Montgomery Realty/Keller Williams Mega Office-- SOLD it in 5 hours! Staging MATTERS!
Add shelving to your home and you can organize and make a statement. If you have been educating yourself on how to sell your home then you have no doubt realized the golden rule of showing your home: it must be clean, de-cluttered, and organized.
Huntsville TX Real Estate is no exception!
The problem is that many of us live in our homes while we are trying to sell them, so what do we do with all of our stuff?
Buyers want to see the most effective arrangements within any home. They want to envision how their furniture will feel, see a maximum of space, and see how organized they can be in your home.
