Texas Real Estate: New to the Market : 2.3 Million Square Feet, Retractable Roof, 30,000 Parking Spaces

Texas Real Estate: New to the Market : 2.3 Million Square Feet, Retractable Roof, 30,000 Parking Spaces
Are you out of closet space and still need to store your original size "Statue of Liberty," or would it be convenient to "tuck away" the Entirety of the American Airlines Center -- Home of the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars--inside another container with easy access for removal with it's retarctable roof or humongous retractable doors on either side?
Do these problems sound all "too familiar?" Now, look no further than the......NEW Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. The MEGA Sports Dome that will host this past year's NBA All Star weekend, and this year's Superbowl.
For just $1.3 BILLION, it could have been yours. What a Real Estate deal, eh??????? It is truly AMAZING.
My husband and I visited the stadium when we were in Arlington for the September afternoon Ranger game against the Mariners. It couldn't have been more...

Huntsville TX Homes -- GO RANGERS !!!!
What Rangers? The Texas Rangers.
Oh, you mean the toughest Western Lawmen of all time of "One Right, One Ranger" fame.
No, silly. (Yes, I am talking to myself again---and it sounds like I am answering too--this could be trouble)
The Texas Rangers Baseball Team. I love my Rangers. Yes, they did not fare well last evening in their first game against the "Evil Empire" New York Yankees. But I stil believe "it's time" for my Rangers. We have been fans through the not so good years. We enjoy watching every game we can and are huge fans of their announcers "Josh and Tag."
They have that "home grown " feel, they are young upstarts, have incredible entusiasm and passion for the game. They are SO much fun to watch.
We got to see an afternoon game a couple of weeks ago. We had a BLAST! I sang in the stands---yes, at the top of my lungs. We cheered, clapped, ate hot dogs, got...

Huntsville TX Homes --- Isn't it time you discovered Huntsville TX ?

Huntsville TX Homes --- Isn't it time you discovered Huntsville TX ?
Beauty, Sam Houston National Forest, Sam Houston State University (Texas' fastest growing Universuty!), Stable Home Values, Texas History, clean air, accessibility to Houston on the I-45 corridor, wildlife, ranch land, room to spread lout withour breaking the bank.....the list can truly go on and on.
Huntsville TX is an awesome place to consider if you are "fixing to retire," want to slow down a bit, are tired of the noise and overcrowding of Houston or Houston suburb, etc. Retirees love the small town feel, being just an hour from Houston and Major Medical Facilities like MD Anderson, the fact that it is a college town, and don;t forget, Elkins Lake and free golf!
I blog about it a lot. I can't help it. I love it here and I don't even play golf! One Homeowners fee and it is literally all the golf you can play with NO GREEN FEES! You are not dreaming, it is true.
Huntsville TX has a small town feel and a...

Huntsville TX Homes -- HGTV's House Hunters Love Affair with Brian Copeland
House Hunters, you know the show---ding-dong-House Hunters--America's most likely definition of a Real Estate Transactions--buying homes and the practice thereof. Is Being a Realtor and home buying summed up into true and exacting picture literally and figuratively on a TV Show?
I see many blogs about the show "House Hunters." Truth be told, I watch it very often. Yeah, yeah, I know it doesn't really happen that way very often, but it is what it is intended to be---entertainment. One of my favorites who has had a number of "stints" on the program as the Buyers Agent is Brian Copeland. Brian is a Realtor Extraordinaire and fellow Cyberstar and is located in the Greater Nashville area. His website is www.NashvilleandBeyond,com He is great on camera and one of the best minds in Real Estate today. He innovates, leads by example and has become very successful in a pretty...

Conroe Homes -- I Really Don't Know Clouds At All.
Pics and a random song. I love music, beautiful scenery and I really do love working in Real Estate. After all, I am Your SingingHomefinder.com
There is beauty all around us. This week, somehow I have seen more of it. I guess it's what you are open and receptive to see. Sometimes (actually too many times) I put my head down and "full steam ahead." Just working and working and not taking time to stop and smell the roses, as it were.
Life is full of surprises and change. It's good to Live Every Day. And, singing is an awful lot of fun too....there's a ditty below the pics. I really don't know clouds---But they are way cool!

Huntsville TX Homes -- Elkins Lake Homes --"Watch the Birdie!"
Okay, wrong "birdie," but can you believe a Baltimore Oriole was visiting in our yard in Elkins Lake in Huntsville TX?! Cool, huh?
Here's the "Birdie" to watch:
Golfer on the green, concentrating---he strokes and.........................yessssss, in the cup! How exciting. We were just riding around our beautiful neighborhood, Elkins Lake, in a Sunday afternoon and there are so many people enjoying the gorgeous weather, playing golf, walking, talking on the porch, etc.
You know, one homeowners fee in Elkins Lake covers all the golf you can play---NO green fees. Neither myself nor my husband play golf, and we feel like this is the deal of the century to live and play here in Elkins Lake. We LOVE it!

Huntsville TX Homes -- Elkins Lake Homes -- Visiting Clients on a Sunday afternoon

Huntsville TX Homes -- Elkins Lake Homes -- Visiting Clients…..
It was a beautiful day in Elkins Lake. I grabbed our Maltese and did "drive by visits" on a few of my clients that closed on their houses recently. One client was sitting out on the steps in front of his new house talking with a neighbor. His wife was walking in the neighborhood with the neighbor’s wife.
Another client who just moved in last week was out in the driveway cutting some wood for a honey-do project.
Another of my clients, a doctor who has recently relocated to Huntsville, wasn't home, but when I knocked and slipped a small gift in the door, what did I see??? She has COMPLETELY renovated everything. Holy cow, it was beautiful! This is the before--Stay tuned for the "After"
After all the looking, contracts, inspections, closings, etc. it is so gratifying to see the final results- happy new homeowners moving on with their lives in their new homes. I love...
